Meet Sandra
Sandra Hanby is a Realtor® and Real Estate Broker with John L. Scott Real Estate’s Lacey office, serving Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and surrounding South Puget Sound communities. A lifelong Washingtonian and resident of Olympia for more than 36 years, Sandra has been a licensed broker since 2015.
Before entering real estate, Sandra worked for the state of Washington for 15 years, spending eight of those years as a disability adjudicator. She and her husband also owned several restaurants in Thurston County, and she applies more than 40 years of customer service experience to her work as a broker every day.
Sandra works out of John L. Scott’s Lacey office, specializing in new construction, single family, multifamily, investment properties, and luxury real estate in Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, DuPont, Tacoma, Puyallup, and all areas in between. She is also a VA specialist and regularly serves relocation clients moving to and within the South Puget Sound region.
Her decision to leave cubicle life and join the John L. Scott Lacey office has been one of the best choices of her career, and she has never looked back. Sandra is inspired by the relationships she builds with her clients and takes pride in being the trusted advocate they rely on when purchasing or selling a home or investment property.
Sandra offers high caliber, full service residential real estate expertise, including a complimentary two hour staging consultation, professional listing photography, walk through video of home and extensive use of John L. Scott’s marketing technology and tools. Her clients are always the top priority, and her focus is on delivering the best possible results for every transaction.
When she is not helping clients buy or sell homes, Sandra is often traveling to Arizona, Oregon or Maui with family and friends. She enjoys being a tourist in her native state of Washington and loves the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. A devoted animal lover, she is known for stopping to say hello to every cat, dog, and critter she meets, and at home she enjoys relaxing with her husband and their golden doodles, Mila and Jax.
